Basic Project Information ：The project is to be constructed in the Dezhou Canal Hengsheng Chemical Industrial Park, which has been recognized by the People’s Government of Shandong Province. Using coal as raw material and adopting advanced coal-water slurry gasification technolog.
The project will build a new coal gasification unit (1 multi-nozzle gasifier). It will rely on and renovate the CO shift unit, low-temperature methanol washing unit and sulfur recovery unit of the under-construction “Gasification Platform Upgrading and Renovation Project”. A set of 550,000 tpy synthetic ammonia production unit will be built with advanced large-scale low-pressure ammonia synthesis technology; a set of 750,000 tpy urea production unit will be built with advanced carbon dioxide stripping urea production technology.Supporting environmental protection, safety and public works facilities will also be constructed. Upon completion and commissioning, the project will achieve an annual output of 550,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 750,000 tons of urea and 2,500 tons of sulfur.
