We carry out the "Golden Autumn Scholarship" program to support the education of employees’ children and respond to the national rural revitalization strategy by backing local industrial development and community construction. Our staff hospital regularly provides free medical consultations and follow-up visits for residents with chronic diseases, with more than 400 such follow-ups delivered in 2025. We also organize voluntary blood donation and other public welfare activities, which involved 315 volunteers contributing a total of 69 service hours in 2025, and the company has been honored as an "Outstanding Unit in Voluntary Blood Donation in Shandong Province". In addition, we have established a care and mutual assistance mechanism, assisting more than 1,400 employees in difficulty, retired cadres and other groups in 2025, with relief funds and condolence goods totaling over 500,000 yuan.
